Wan 3.0 Prime
Alibaba's Wan 3.0 on a faster serving path: same inputs, formats and native audio, quicker turnaround.
What is Wan 3.0 Prime?
Wan 3.0 Prime is Alibaba's Wan 3.0 video model on a faster serving path.
It takes the same references, produces the same 2 to 30 second clips at up to 1080p and generates audio in the same pass. What changes is turnaround and price: on Flashloop it costs about 1.5 times the credits per second of Wan 3.0 and comes back sooner.
Alibaba's API partners have offered Prime since late August 2026, shortly after Wan 3.0's general release. It is not a new model generation and it does not change the look of the output, so a prompt that works on Wan 3.0 behaves the same way on Prime.
Pick it when time is the constraint: client review rounds, campaign work with a deadline, or a reference-heavy scene you will rerun several times. For bulk drafting or a single final render, the base Wan 3.0 gets you the same result for fewer credits.

Client review rounds
Send revised versions back quickly while the feedback is still fresh, then lock the final on either model.
Deadline campaign work
When a post has to go out today, the faster turnaround is worth the extra credits.
Reference-heavy iteration
Scenes driven by several images, clips or audio files often take a few passes, and each one comes back sooner.
Side-by-side prompt tests

Good to know before you generate
- About 1.5 times the credits per second of Wan 3.0, so it is the wrong default for bulk drafting
- References and start or end frames cannot be combined, as on the base model
- Video and audio references still top out at 15 seconds combined
- You still cannot pair a web link with a document in one generation
