How Topaz Image Upscale works

Open the Upscale creator, select Topaz Image Upscale, and attach one image, either pulled from My Assets or uploaded fresh. Pick a 2x or 4x factor to enlarge it. Hit generate; the server reads the source and the chosen factor, produces the upscaled image, and charges based on the resolution tier the output actually falls into.
