Topaz Video Upscale

Topaz Labs' AI video upscaler: enlarge a clip 2x or 4x and clean up noise, with no prompt to write.

What is Topaz Video Upscale?

Topaz Video Upscale brings Topaz Labs' video enhancement to Flashloop.

You give it one clip, choose 2x or 4x, and it returns a larger version with sharper detail, less noise and fewer compression artifacts. There is no prompt to write.

Topaz Labs builds dedicated video models for this, such as Proteus for upscaling, and the difference from a plain resize shows most on edges, faces and text in the frame. Like any upscaler, it works with what the footage contains: it makes a soft clip cleaner and bigger, but it cannot recover detail that was never recorded.

Billing is per second of the source clip, with a 10-second minimum, and 4x costs more per second than 2x. Flashloop accepts MP4 and MOV files one at a time, and you can pick any video you already generated on Flashloop straight from My Assets, which is the quickest way to take a 720p AI clip up to a bigger delivery size.

Who makes Topaz Video Upscale?

Topaz Labs, the company behind Topaz Video. Flashloop gives you access to its video upscaling in the Upscale creator.

Can I upscale a video I made on Flashloop?

Yes. Pick it from My Assets in the source picker instead of downloading and uploading it again.
